What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are used for things like remembering preferences, basic analytics, and security. Modern browsers also support similar technologies such as web storage (localStorage, sessionStorage).
What we use
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to function (e.g., remembering that you accepted a notice, securing form submissions). These are always on.
- Privacy-first analytics: we use a cookieless, IP-anonymized analytics provider (Plausible-equivalent) to understand site traffic in aggregate. No individual profiles are created.
- Booking widget: the Valant scheduling embed may set its own session cookies on its own domain when you book. Those are governed by Valant's privacy practices, with our Business Associate Agreement in place.
What we do NOT use
- No targeted advertising pixels. No Meta Pixel. No Google Ads conversion. No LinkedIn Insight Tag. No TikTok pixel.
- No selling of your data. We do not, and have no plans to, sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No fingerprinting or device-graph tracking.
Universal opt-out (Global Privacy Control)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as required by Texas law beginning January 1, 2025. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for any sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling.
Your TDPSA rights
Texas residents may request to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. To exercise these rights, email isidnp78@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We respond within 45 days. If denied, you may appeal within 60 days, and after appeal, you may file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General at oag.texas.gov.
Browser controls
You can control cookies through your browser settings — block all cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified before a cookie is stored. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may affect site functionality.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by an updated effective date and noted on the home page for 30 days.
