Our commitment

Eki Mental Health PLLC is committed to making this website and our digital materials accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content (notably third-party embeds, such as the Valant booking widget) may not meet every WCAG criterion; we provide alternative pathways for affected users (see below).

Technologies used

Standards-based HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ARIA. We test in current versions of major browsers with both keyboard navigation and screen-reader software (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS).

Known limitations

  • The Valant booking widget is provided by a third party and may have its own accessibility characteristics. If you cannot complete booking through the widget, please call 512-729-3088 or email isidnp78@gmail.com for an alternative scheduling option.
  • Some PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We provide accessible alternatives on request.
  • Embedded video, when present, includes captions; transcripts are available on request.

Auxiliary aids and language access

  • No forced chatbot or emergency-style popup.
